I admit it…I like to dress my dogs up. My husband rolls his eyes every time I suggest getting a new doggie t-shirt. Halloween pet costumes are no joke in my book. I even had a slight collar obsession for about 6 months before I realized to buy quality instead of quantity. Of course now my dogs wear Waggiwear collars (thanks Linda)!
I’ve been asking my Fido Facebook Fans to post photographs of their pets in costume or dressed in their finest. You can see some of the photographs here. Well after seeing so many cute outfits, sportswear, costumes, bow ties and tutus…I’ve been faced with battling that ‘itch’ to purchase something new (okay more like ’on sale’) for my own pooches.
It was hard to resist this sweet temptation tonight. These glorious super hero t-shirts were practically screaming at me to turn down the doggie couture aisle :

I am happy (and yet a little sad) to report that I passed up these awesome, awesome doggie t-shirts. I can take comfort in the fact that some other dog in the community will be fighting crime and catching the bad guys all while wearing a lovely shade of yellow or royal blue.
